- Read the URL
- Examine the site's content
- Ask about the author/publisher or who funds the organization
- Look at the links
Note: For organizations, find out who funds them. Is the organization funded by grants, citizens, a service provided, or corporations? If an organization is funded by corporations, then why does the corporation(s) have a separate organization?
